Payment by bank transfert upon receipt of invoice. 20% of the total amount has to be paid at the time of the reservation, 80% after the trip. The 20% down payment will not be restituted by cancellation. I advise to take a cancellation insurance.

I only accept definite reservations and I can't put options on dates or periods. Every definite reservation has to be accompanied by a 20% down payment which will not be restituted under any circumstances.

Travelling expenses :
within a circle of 100 kms from my home town (30100 Alès) I don't charge travel expenses if I can travel by car. If I have to travel more than 100 kms in order to join the group, I will charge the expenses of public transport (train, bus, taxi)
Towns situated within a 100 kms : Orange, Avignon, Arles, Nîmes, Montpellier.
