All payments are by bank transfert.
20% of the total amount has to be paid at the time of the reservation. The balance (80% remainder) has to be settled one week before the trip, upon receipt of invoice. The 20% down payment will not be restituted under any circumstances. The 80% amount will not be restituted in case of a last-minute cancellation.

Travelling expenses :
within a circle of 100 kms from my home town (30100 Alès) I don't charge travel expenses if I can travel by car. If I have to travel more than 100 kms in order to join the group, I will charge the expenses of public transport (train, bus, taxi)
Towns situated within a 100 kms : Orange, Avignon bus parking space Bénézet, Arles, Nîmes, Montpellier.
